Return Policy

If you encounter issues with your purchase, please review the following guidelines and contact me at me@anneliewendeberg.com for help.

Original Artwork and Giclée Prints

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your original artwork or giclée prints arrive damaged or defective:

  1. Take photos of the damage immediately upon receipt.
  2. Contact me at me@anneliewendeberg.com within 7 days of delivery.

I will evaluate the situation and may request that the item be returned before issuing a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the damage is determined to be my fault.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of original artwork and limited-edition prints, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.


Paperback Books

Damaged or Faulty Paperbacks

For damaged or defective paperbacks:

  1. Take photos of the damage.
  2. Contact our printer, Bookvault, within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
  3. Provide your order details when contacting them.

Change of Mind Returns

You have the right to return paperbacks if you change your mind:

  • Contact me within 14 days of receiving the books.
  • Return the books unread and in their original packaging. Include the dispatch note with your return.
  • Returns must be shipped to me at your own cost.

Please note: Personalized paperbacks are non-refundable.


eBooks

Refund Policy

You may request a refund for eBooks within 7 days of purchase, even after downloading the file. Refund requests must include:

  1. Your purchase receipt.
  2. A brief explanation of the issue or reason for your request.

If your refund is due to technical difficulties with your e-reader, include correspondence with BookFunnel’s support team. Refunds will not be processed without this information.


Lost Parcels

For any parcels lost in transit:

  • Contact me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Provide your order details to begin the claims process.
