Bookish Things
The Silence Architect is now with Tom, my proofreader, and all Backstage Pass holders will have it in their hands in April, three months before everyone else.
I’m spending a week drawing wildlife to reset my brain, and then…drumroll, please…
Full-blast diving into book 5 of the 1/2986 series, which is convinient because in about 3 weeks, we’re leaving the Canary Islands to head north toward the Arctic, disappear into the wilderness and live out of a tent 🥶 Best background research, ever!
👉🏽 Our Monthly Book Club is happening today at 5 pm Lisbon time!
YESSS, we’re meeting via live video in our Prose & Pastries Café to talk books. Bring your favourite read! If votes are overwhelming, you might convince me to read from The Silence Architect. Anyone with a Backstage Pass has access!

The live video space of our Prose & Pastries Café. Cameras are optional.
Notes from the Road
Travelling off-grid means no printer. So our Ink & Elsewhere subscribers get something much better: ORIGINALS! Postcard-sized original abstract art cards made by hand from wherever we happen to land or get stuck, and can’t set up our small printer.
