Feeling the collective dread? Does the news have you in a chokehold? Same. But before you punch somebody: our Emergency Creativity workshop launches tomorrow and it’s on the house. Join us to learn how to use creativity as a survival tool and nervous system first aid. Based in neuroscience. Zero skills needed. You can still punch somebody afterwards.

Some of the pieces made in our Emergency Creativity workshop.

Plus: We now have two daily create-alongs! These are silent video co-working spaces where we show up and make things alongside each other. If your ADHD brain needs body-doubles to get stuff done — this is for you. I’m in there every morning, working on The Silence Architect.

Notes from the Road

January and February are the coldest months on Tenerife, and this has so far been the rainiest, coldest winter in ages. You know what? We’re still too warm 🤣 Proof that we are cold-blooded Scandinavians.

But no complaints, here, really. We haven’t had a winter without the blues in years. It’s a luxury to run around outside in shorts and t-shirt, and not have to huddle under three blankets with wool socks and mittens to prevent frostbite.

It also means I can sit outside making art. Peppa, our barn owl, is now finished and will be part of our Ink & Elsewhere snailmail letters.

Know someone who needs to find their people? Bring them in!

Until next time,
